Terms of Use · Tim8
Last updated: 5 November 2026 Version: 1.18
0. General
These terms govern the use of the website www.mytim8.com and of the Tim8 services (the "Service").
The Service is operated by Tim8, Shlomi Baruch · Licensed business (Osek Murshe) no. 300613999 (the "Operator", "we"). For enquiries concerning personal information: support@mytim8.com.
Registering for the Service and using it constitute agreement to these terms. A person who does not agree to them may not use the Service.
Accompanying documents: Privacy Policy · Cancellation Policy · Accessibility Statement. The Privacy Policy forms an integral part of these terms.
1. Who may use the Service
The Service is intended for real estate agents holding a valid real estate licence in Israel, aged 18 and over.
The Service is intended for business use only, by licensed real estate agents in the course of their brokerage business. It is not intended for private or household use.
By ticking the consent to these terms on registration, the user declares that they contract with the Operator as a business, in the course of their business, and not as a consumer.
1.1 The real estate licence
- Registration is conditional on entering a valid real estate licence number, which is verified against the Registrar of Real Estate Agents.
- The user declares that the licence is their own, that it is valid, and that there is no legal impediment to their engaging in real estate brokerage.
- The user undertakes to notify us immediately if the licence has expired, been revoked or suspended, or if any restriction has been imposed on it.
- Entering a licence that does not belong to the user is a fundamental breach of these terms and gives rise to grounds for immediate suspension, in addition to any other remedy under law.
1.2 One account per licence
Only one account may be opened for each real estate licence. An account may not be transferred, sold, have its sign-in details shared, or allow another person to act on the user's behalf.
The user is responsible for safeguarding their sign-in details and for every action carried out in their account.
2. The user's responsibility for the information they enter
This is the central section of these terms.
2.1 The user is the owner of their clients' information
The user enters into the Service information about their clients and about properties. The user is the controller of this information, and the Operator holds it on their behalf alone.
2.2 The user's undertakings
The user declares and undertakes that:
- The information was collected lawfully, with the consent of the data subjects, and in accordance with the Protection of Privacy Law and any relevant law.
- They are entitled to enter the information into the Service and to make the uses of it that the Service enables, including displaying properties in a public showcase and sending documents for signature.
- They will inform their clients to the extent required by law, including as to the storage of the information in an external system.
- They will handle their clients' requests concerning access to, correction of and deletion of their information.
- The information contains no offensive or misleading content, or content whose distribution is prohibited by law.
- They hold the rights in the images and content they upload, or have received permission to use them.
2.3 Indemnity
The user shall indemnify the Operator for any damage, expense or claim caused to it as a result of a breach of these undertakings, including legal fees and litigation costs. The indemnity also applies to the user's undertakings in section 5.
3. The network and collaboration between agents
The Service includes a network in which a property that a user opens for collaboration is displayed to other users in the system, and is matched against their clients.
3.1 What is permitted
- Viewing properties that other users have opened for collaboration.
- Approaching the publishing user for the purpose of collaborating on a transaction.
- Presenting another user's property to your client, within the framework of a collaboration.
3.2 What is prohibited
These prohibitions are a fundamental condition of use of the Service:
- It is prohibited to export, copy, save or accumulate information about other users' properties outside the Service, in any manner and for any purpose.
- It is prohibited to approach the owner of a property published on the network by another user, and to bypass that user.
- It is prohibited to transfer information from the network to a third party, including to an agent who does not use the Service.
- It is prohibited to use information from the network for any purpose other than collaboration within the Service.
- It is prohibited to use automated tools to collect information from the Service.
A breach of this section gives rise to grounds for immediate suspension, in addition to any other remedy under law.
3.3 What is not exposed
A user's client details are not displayed to another user under any circumstances. The network exposes properties, not clients.
4. Documents and forms for digital signature
The Service provides form templates and allows them to be sent for digital signature and received back as a locked file.
4.1 The template is provided as a technical service
The Operator provides the technical infrastructure for signing, and does not provide legal advice.
- The user must check for themselves that the template is suitable for the use they are making of it, for the specific transaction and for its circumstances.
- The Operator is not responsible for the legal content of the template, for its validity, for its suitability to a particular transaction, or for any legal consequence of a document signed by means of the Service.
- The user is entitled and invited to consult a lawyer before using a template.
4.2 Sending the form
The Service does not send the form to the client. It returns a link to the user, and it is the user who sends it. Responsibility for sending the link, for the identity of the recipient and for its use lies with the user.
4.3 Retention of documents
A signed document is stored in the system and sent by email to the signatory and to the user. A signed document cannot be altered retroactively.
5. Campaigns and publishing in Facebook groups
5.1 Publishing is carried out from the user's account
The Service includes a browser extension that enables scheduled publishing in Facebook groups. Publishing is carried out from the user's own Facebook account.
5.2 The user's responsibility towards Facebook
- The Facebook account from which the publishing is carried out belongs to the user, and the user bears sole responsibility for it.
- The user is responsible for complying with Facebook's terms of use, its Community Standards, its Commerce Policies and the rules of every group in which they publish, for making sure that the group permits property listings, and for removing from the campaign any group that does not permit them.
- The user is responsible for the content of the advertisement as published, including when the draft was prepared with the help of the Service, and for checking it before activating the campaign.
- Tim8 is not affiliated with Meta.
5.3 What the Service does not do
The Service operates and schedules the publishing according to the schedule and groups the user has defined. It does not recommend when to publish.
5.4 The risk of automatic publishing
Automatic publishing from a personal Facebook account carries risk. Facebook may, at its discretion and without prior notice, restrict the account, stop publishing, remove posts or mark them as spam, remove the user from groups, suspend the account or close it. The Service's pacing mechanisms are designed to reduce the risk, but do not eliminate it. The Operator cannot prevent such a measure, reverse it or contact Facebook on the user's behalf. After a temporary stop on Facebook's part, the Service may resume publishing on the following day. Automatic publishing can be turned off at any time in the extension window.
5.5 Limitation of liability and indemnity regarding Facebook
The Operator is not liable for damage arising from a measure that Facebook has taken against the user or against content published from their account, including restriction, blocking, suspension or closure of the account, loss of posts, comments or inquiries, removal from groups, loss of access to the profile or to the audience, and loss of clients or income as a result of any of these. Section 9.5 also applies here.
The user shall indemnify the Operator for any claim, demand or expense, including by Meta, by a group administrator or by a third party, arising from content published from their account or from a breach of Facebook's rules or of group rules, including reasonable legal fees. The Operator shall notify the user of the claim promptly and give them an opportunity to defend themselves.
5A. The WhatsApp channel
- The Service can also be used through WhatsApp, after the user's phone number is connected to the account.
- Messages between the user and the Service pass through Meta's WhatsApp Business platform. Meta transmits and processes the messages under its own terms and policies, and the Operator is not responsible for a fault, delay or interruption in Meta's service.
- The user is responsible for the connected number belonging to them and being under their control.
- In addition to replies to enquiries, the Service may send messages on its own initiative: reminders and notifications that are part of the Service, and also updates about what's new, only to those who agreed to receive them.
- Stopping updates about what's new: sending the word "STOP" (or "הסר") in the conversation, and confirming with the button. Reminders, notifications and replies continue as usual.
6. Subscription, payment and cancellation
6.1 Trial period
- A new subscription includes a 14 day trial period, free of charge and without entering a credit card.
- During the trial period the Service is open in full, at the level of the Pro plan (section 6.2).
- A notice is sent to the user one day before the period ends. The notice is sent on Sunday to Thursday.
- If the end of the period falls on a Saturday, a holiday or the day after them, the period continues until the next business day, free of charge.
- To keep using the Service after the period, the user must choose a plan and enter a credit card. A card can be entered during the period. In that case the first charge is made at the end of the period, and that day becomes the fixed billing day of the subscription.
- If no card has been entered by the end of the period, access to the Service stops immediately, and the data is kept. Access returns when a card is entered. In that case the first charge is made at that moment, and the subscription period starts from it. An account does not receive a second trial period.
- If no card is entered after the period ends either, reminders will be sent to the user, and the account will then be frozen, as set out in section 6.3.
- Cancellation during the trial period takes effect immediately and does not result in any charge at all.
6.2 Plans and billing
- The Service is offered on the Solo plan and the Pro plan. The Office plan, for offices and teams, will be offered later. It is not available yet, and its terms will be published when it opens.
- The prices and the differences between the plans, including the monthly credit allowance (section 6.5) and the scope of the radar, are set out on the pricing page. The price, the VAT and the amount to be charged are also shown on the payment screen, before the card is entered and before every charge.
- Each plan is available with monthly billing or annual billing. The set of services is identical on both, and the difference is the billing interval and the price.
- Monthly billing. The subscription renews and is charged each month, on the fixed billing day, using the card the user entered. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the month that has been paid for.
- Annual billing. Payment is made in advance for a full subscription year. The credit allowance is monthly on the annual plan as well, and renews each month on the billing day. Cancellation stops the renewal: the subscription continues to operate in full until the end of the year that has been paid for, and then does not renew.
- Billing day. A charge due on a Saturday or a holiday is made on the following day. The fixed billing day does not move as a result.
- Payment processing is carried out via Tranzila. The card fields on the payment page belong to Tranzila, and the card details go directly to it. Full credit card details are not stored in the Operator's systems.
- Refunds: section 6.9. Invoices: section 6.11.
6.3 Failed charge
If a charge fails, notices will be sent to the user. If the charge is not settled, the account will be frozen. A frozen account is not accessible for use, and the data within it is retained for the duration of the freeze.
6.4 Cancellation and deletion
- The user may cancel the subscription at any time, in a single click on the billing page. On a paid subscription, the cancellation takes effect at the end of the period that has been paid for, as set out in section 6.2. During the trial period the cancellation takes effect immediately.
- When the subscription actually ends, the refer a friend balance is erased (section 6.10), and unused credits, including credits from a pack, lapse.
- A frozen account is kept and is not deleted automatically. All signed documents are sent to the user by email when the account is frozen.
- The user may delete the account at any time from within the system, confirmed with a one-time code sent by email. Upon confirmation, access closes, the subscription ends with no further charges and with no refund for a period already paid, and the account is deleted 7 days later. Until then, the request can be canceled. Full details on the Data Deletion page.
- After deletion, the data cannot be recovered. Invoices and accounting documents are retained in accordance with obligations under law. Copies in backups are deleted gradually, as set out in the Privacy Policy.
- Full details: Cancellation Policy. Rights under law, to the extent they apply: section 6.9.
6.5 Credits
- Use of Tim is measured in credits. Every message from the user that reaches Tim's artificial intelligence model counts as one credit, in the web chat or on WhatsApp. This includes a voice message, an image, and a short message such as "thanks" when it reaches the model.
- Not counted: what the Service handles without the model, such as pressing a button or a message that the system answers with a fixed reply. Messages that Tim sends, including reminders and notifications, are not counted.
- Each plan has a monthly credit allowance, as set out on the pricing page. During the trial period the Pro plan allowance applies.
- The credit month starts on the billing day and ends on the day before the billing day of the following month, on the annual plan as well. During the trial period it is counted from the day the trial started.
- Unused credits do not carry over to the next month, and do not entitle the user to a refund or a credit.
- A notice is sent to the user when use reaches 80% of the allowance, and when it reaches 100%.
- The Service is not blocked when the allowance runs out. Tim keeps answering as usual, also above 100%, and no automatic charge is made for the additional use.
6.6 Credit pack
- A user with an active paid subscription, with no payment problem, may buy a pack of 200 additional credits. The price of the pack appears on the pricing page and on the purchase screen. A pack cannot be bought during the trial period.
- The credits in the pack are available as soon as payment is made, and are valid until the end of the current credit month (section 6.5). Pack credits not used by then lapse, and do not carry over to the next month, except on an immediate plan move (section 6.7).
- Payment for the pack is taken first from the refer a friend balance, if there is one, and the rest by card (section 6.10).
6.7 Immediate plan moves
- An immediate move is available on an active paid subscription with no payment problem. During the trial period, and when a cancellation has been scheduled, there is no immediate move.
- An upgrade from the Solo monthly plan to the Pro monthly plan takes effect immediately. The full price of a month on the Pro plan is charged, with no credit and no proportional calculation.
- A move to annual billing takes effect immediately: from monthly to annual billing on the same plan, from Solo to Pro annual, or from the Pro monthly plan to the Solo annual plan. The price of a full year on the new annual plan is charged, less a credit for the part of the current period that has been paid for and not yet used.
- The credit on monthly billing is based on the days remaining in the month that has been paid for, including the day of the move, out of all the days of that month. The credit on annual billing is based on the billing months that have not yet started. The billing month in which the move is made counts as used.
- There is no credit for a period that was given free of charge. A period paid from the refer a friend balance counts as a paid period.
- Rounding is always in the user's favour: the credit is rounded up, and the amount payable is rounded down.
- A new period starts on the day of the move, a month on monthly billing and a year on annual billing, and the next charge is at the end of that period. The day of the move becomes the fixed billing day, and the credit allowance is refilled to the full allowance of the new plan.
- Unused credits from a pack bought before the move carry over to the new credit month. For this calculation, use in the month is counted first against the plan allowance.
- The amount payable, incl. VAT, is shown before confirmation, and is charged immediately on confirmation. Payment is taken first from the refer a friend balance, if there is one, and the rest by card (section 6.10). The text shown before confirmation is kept.
- A plan change previously scheduled for the end of the period (section 6.8) is cancelled by the move.
- There is no move from the Solo annual plan to the Pro monthly plan. It is possible to move to the Pro annual plan, under this section.
- There is no refund for the payment for the move (section 6.9).
6.8 Plan changes at the end of the period
- A plan change that is not an immediate move under section 6.7, such as a move from the Pro plan to Solo on the same billing type or a move from annual to monthly billing on the same plan, takes effect at the end of the period that has been paid for. Until then the subscription stays on the plan that was paid for.
- There is no refund and no proportional calculation for the period already paid for.
- A scheduled change can be cancelled at any time until the end of the period.
- From the end of the period, the regular price of the new plan applies, as shown before the change was confirmed (section 11).
6.9 Refunds
- There are no refunds for a subscription period that has been paid for, for an upgrade or for a credit pack, including in the event of cancellation, a move to another plan, deletion of the account or suspension due to a breach. The only exceptions are the three cases below.
- A charge made in error, such as a double charge or a charge for a period after the cancellation took effect, will be refunded within 14 days.
- The right under law. The Service is intended for businesses (section 1). To the extent that, nevertheless, the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981, on cancelling a distance sale (section 14C of the Law and the Consumer Protection (Cancellation of Transaction) Regulations, 5771-2010) apply to the engagement, the user may cancel the transaction within 14 days of the day it was made or of the day the document setting out the transaction details was received, whichever is later. In that case the payment will be refunded within 14 days of receipt of the cancellation notice, less a cancellation fee of 5% of the payment or ILS 100, whichever is lower, and less further deductions only to the extent the law permits. Additional rights granted by law, for example to a person with a disability, a senior citizen or a new immigrant, will be honoured.
- Termination by the Operator other than following a breach. In that case a proportional part of the payment will be refunded, for the period after the date of termination, as set out in the Cancellation Policy, section 7.
- How a refund is made. When a refund is made, the part paid by card is refunded to the same card, and the part paid from the refer a friend balance is returned to the balance, and is not paid in cash.
6.10 Refer a friend
- Every subscriber has a personal invitation link, which can be sent to other agents.
- For every friend who joined through the link, whose real estate licence was verified, and who made their first subscription payment by card on or after 30 October 2026, ILS 100 including VAT is added to the referrer's balance. The credit is added after the friend's first payment has been received.
- One credit per licence number, for all time. A licence that has already earned a credit for any referrer does not earn one again, even if the friend registers again. There is no credit for referring oneself.
- There is no limit on the number of friends.
- The credit is given only if the referrer still has a subscription at the time of the friend's payment.
- Using the balance. The balance is offset automatically against the referrer's next payments to Tim8: subscription renewal, plan move and credit pack. The balance is offset first, and the rest is charged to the card. Use of the balance starts only after the referrer has made at least one card payment themselves.
- The balance has no cash value. It can only be used to pay for Tim8 services, and cannot be withdrawn, converted to cash or transferred to another person.
- The balance is kept when the account is frozen due to non-payment, and on an upgrade or plan change.
- The balance is erased when the subscription actually ends: when a cancellation takes effect, on a cancellation that takes effect immediately, including cancellation during the trial period, or on deletion of the account. An erased balance does not return, even if the subscription is opened again.
- If the friend later receives a refund of their payment, the credit added to the referrer's balance remains.
- The Operator may cancel a credit obtained through misuse, such as fictitious accounts or a licence that does not belong to the friend.
- The Operator may change the terms of the programme or end it, with at least 30 days' prior notice.
- Invoices for a payment partly made from the balance: section 6.11.
6.11 Invoices
- For every card charge a tax invoice is issued through the payment processor, and sent to the user. Invoices are also available on the billing page.
- No invoice and no other document is issued for the part paid from the refer a friend balance.
- When part of the payment was offset from the balance and the rest was charged to the card, the invoice is issued for the amount charged to the card. It may also show the full price and the amount offset from the balance.
- When the whole payment is covered from the balance, no card charge is made and no document is issued.
- Billing documents and invoices are retained in accordance with obligations under law, even after cancellation of the subscription or deletion of the account.
7. Prohibited use
The Service may not be used for:
- Entering information collected unlawfully.
- Impersonating another person or using a licence that does not belong to the user.
- Attempting to bypass the security, permission or account isolation mechanisms.
- Automated collection of information from the Service.
- Copying, duplicating or reverse engineering the Service or parts of it.
- Distributing offensive, misleading or unlawful content.
- Any use that contravenes law or harms a third party.
8. Suspension and termination of service
The Operator may suspend or close an account immediately, without prior notice, if in its reasonable discretion the user has breached these terms, and in particular:
- Entered a licence that is not their own, or continued to use the Service after their licence expired.
- Breached the rules applying to the network, as set out in section 3.2.
- Entered information collected unlawfully.
- Made prohibited use, as set out in section 7.
The user is aware that they are exposed to immediate suspension without notice and accepts this as a condition of use of the Service.
The Operator may, but is not obliged to, give notice or an opportunity to cure. Exercising lenient discretion in one case does not constitute a waiver of the right to suspend immediately in another case.
In the event of suspension due to a breach, no refund will be given for the remaining period.
9. Availability of the Service and liability
9.1 The Service is provided as is
The Service is provided AS IS. The Operator does not undertake that the Service will operate without interruption, without faults or without errors.
9.2 Dependence on external services
Parts of the Service depend on third party services, including Facebook, WhatsApp, Google, the payment processor, infrastructure providers, and also Yad2 and the services through which the radar collects listings. A change, fault or discontinuation of service at a third party may affect the Service, and the Operator is not responsible for this. Listing information shown in the radar arrives as it was published on Yad2, and the Operator is not responsible for its correctness.
9.3 Google Calendar connection
Connecting the calendar is optional, and the Service works without it. A user who connects the calendar grants the Service permission to read and write events in their own calendar only. The Service changes, moves and deletes only events that were created through it, and an event the user created themselves is shown as read only. The calendar can be disconnected at any time from the settings page in the Service or from Google account settings. The full detail about calendar data, what is stored, who it is transferred to, and the Service's adherence to the Google API Services User Data Policy including the Limited Use requirements, appears in the privacy policy.
9.4 Information and results
- The Operator is not responsible for the correctness of the information the user enters or for its consequences.
- The Service does not provide valuations and does not advise on price matters.
- Matches and cross-references that the system proposes are an aid only. The decision, the professional judgement and the professional responsibility remain with the user.
- The Operator is not a party to a transaction between the user and their clients, or between users themselves.
9.5 Limitation of liability
In any event, the Operator's liability shall not exceed the amounts paid by the user for the Service in the twelve months preceding the event.
The Operator is not liable for indirect or consequential damage, loss of profit, loss of business opportunity or loss of data.
10. Intellectual property
- All rights in the Service, including in the code, the design, the interface and the content, belong to the Operator.
- The names Radar, Showcase, Digital Binder, Campaign and Chat are names identifying components within the Operator's Service. The name Tim8™ and the character associated with it are a trade mark and the property of the Operator.
- Content that the user enters remains theirs. The user grants the Operator a limited licence to use it for the purpose of providing the Service alone.
- The Service or parts of it may not be copied, duplicated, distributed, or used to create a derivative work.
- Map data: OpenStreetMap, under ODbL.
- Street names: Population and Immigration Authority, data.gov.il.
11. Changes to the terms and to the Service
- The Operator may update these terms from time to time. The updated text will be published on this page, stating the date of the update and the version number.
- Notice of a material change will be sent to users. Continued use thereafter constitutes agreement to the updated terms.
- The Operator may change, add or remove features from the Service.
- The price at which the subscription was opened is kept for that subscription for as long as it stays on the same plan. A change to the price list applies to new joiners only, and does not change the price of an existing subscription.
- The exception: a change of plan. On a change of plan, including an immediate move under section 6.7, from the time the change takes effect the regular price of the new plan applies, as shown before the change was confirmed, and the previous price is not kept.
- A change in price shall not apply to a billing period already paid for, and prior notice of it will be sent.
12. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Israeli law alone. Exclusive jurisdiction is vested in the competent courts of the Tel Aviv district.
